All orders are shipped via USPS and delivery time may vary. It normally takes between 3 to 7 days with the exception of the holiday season. If you would prefer to expedite your order with an alternate shipping method (FedEx, UPS, etc.) please email us with your order(firstname.lastname@example.org *EXPEDITE* as your subject). You will be billed accordingly.
We now ship internationally.
We will usually ship within one business day of receiving cleared payment, provided that we have your item(s) in stock. If the item is unavailable, we will notify you of the delay. Due to the fact we are a small business, please understand that any large orders will take a longer time to process.
Note: We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
OUR RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds, only exchanges. If we have made an error with your order, please return the items to us and we will gladly exchange them and pay for all shipping. Returned items must be in pristine condition to exchange. Shipping charges for all other exchanges will be at the customer's expense and items must be returned within 30 days of the date posted on your invoice. We take the utmost care in handling and packing of your orders. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.
